The Kew Green Hotel in Wanchai is quite small by Hong Kong standards. However, still has all the facilities you could wish for including a fully equipped gym.
One of the really unique features of this hotel in Hong Kong is its ‘She For Ladies’ rooms. Which are located on a females only floors with rooms consisting of feminine décor and complimentary beauty amenities.
Each of the rooms on this floor only is decorated with its own personality as well so no two rooms look the same.
The floor even has its own phone line to book foot massages and the like for an extra charge.

The Room and extra’s

We stayed in an ‘Executive Spacious Room’ with a complimentary bottled water replenished daily and complimentary check out until 3pm.
As the name suggests, the room is quite spacious with a seating area, a desk, a bathtub and shower combination in the bathroom.
There’s a safe in the room which is big enough to store laptops in. So you can rest assured that your electronics are safe while you’re out and about.
The hotel also offers a smartphone in each room. Even more, is that the phone is preloaded with maps of Hong Kong, Kowloon and surrounding areas.
In the app of the device are also nice blogs listed with great tips and suggestions of things to do and places to eat.

The smartphone has unlimited mobile data and free local and international calls to designated countries.
On the homepage there are some good discounts for guests at Kew Green Hotels for tourist attractions as well.
The best part of this smartphone though is that you’re able to use it as a hotspot for your own devices while you’re out exploring.

Good Breakfrast

Breakfast is really good value at the Kew Green Hotel Wanchai, it consists of a buffet with a large selection of fruits, yoghurts, pastries, dim sum, and tea and coffee.
The restaurant where breakfast is served also does brunch, afternoon tea, and dinner if you want to eat at the hotel later.
Our hotel is also surrounded by more local cafes if you prefer to eat out though.
The air-conditioning is really good at this hotel in Hong Kong and perfect for escaping the humidity of outside.
Also the staff were super friendly and helpful with any questions or recommendations for restaurants.

Why we loved our hotel in Hong Kong

Overall we really loved our stay here and think it is a fantastic option for a central hotel in Hong Kong.
The team at Kew Green Hotel Wanchai have really thought of everything to make their guest stays the most comfortable.
It can be with extra touches like bigger safes for laptops, portable charger rental, and a female only floor.
This whole hotel is also a smoke free zone which isn’t common in hotels in Hong Kong. So, you can be assured you won’t accidentally be placed in a smoking room.
