In January I had my hair job done with the hairdresser in Antwerp. The salon is well known for its products and services. So, I thought of giving it a try.
The hairdresser recommended to me Paul Mitchell Awapuhi wild ginger moisturizing ladder shampoo and conditioner.
According to the personnel, the moisturizing lather shampoo from Awapuhi Wild ginger is ideal for color-treated hair.
Oh! Did I forget to tell that I have got the color treatment done from the salon? Maybe, therefore the staff promoted these products to me.
Not only did the stuff promoted the product but I also handed over me the sample bottles of the same to test it out.
They told me that using these products from the brand will help me maintain my colored hair texture and paint longer, without any hassle.
Additionally, they explained that this Awapuhi Wild ginger sulfate-free shampoo cleanses colored hair gently as it is soft on hair color and repair dry and damaged hair gently.
I acknowledge from their source that the Awapuhi wild ginger moisturizing lather shampoo and conditioners are either sold online or are available with selected hairdressers alone. So, my curiosity about the product increased.

My Verdicts
I used the shampoo for washing my hair at home. Initially, it felt greatly cleaned but dryness sprang up even after applying the conditioner
So, my verdicts are against the product recommended by a hairdresser as I didn’t like it but that certainly doesn’t mean it’s not a worthy product.
Mostly when you return from hairdresser your hair feels new, soft, and shiny! Sadly, that wasn’t the case with me. Even after using the brand’s conditioner, I still had to use extra products to make my hair soft again.
So, thumb down from my end for the products.
